Payment Methods:

TropicalAirportParking.Com accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, and PayPal.

Pricing and Availability:

TropicalAirportParking.Com arranges airport parking reservations on behalf of independently owned and operated parking facilities (hereinafter referred to as “Parking Partners” or “Partners”). TropicalAirportParking.Com does not set the parking prices, operate the parking lots, or determine parking availability.
When your reservation is submitted online, the rate is secured. For this reason, your reservation rate may not be combined with any additional coupons, special offers or other promotion at the parking lot. Special discounts will not apply.
Credit Card Billing - Your credit card is charged when you submit your reservation online. Your charge card statement will indicate the purchase was from TropicalAirportParking.Com

Pay Now, Pay in Full, and Reservation Fee Amounts:

Reservations arranged through TropicalAirportParking.Com are either prepaid in full or subject to a reservation deposit fee.
You hereby authorize TropicalAirportParking.Com to charge an amount equal to the 'Pay Now' price to your credit, debit or pay pal account, and you hereby represent that you authorize us to process the transaction. The “Pay Now” amount will be displayed as the “You Paid” amount on your reservation receipt after your transaction has processed.
If your reservation is prepaid in full the “Pay Now or You Paid” amount covers parking fees and ancillary services rendered by the parking facility except those fees you may incur, or services that you contract directly from the Parking Partner. All Parking Partner facility rules apply. By way of example, if your vehicle occupies more than one space, you may be charged an additional fee at the parking facility. This rate cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Your total price is calculated based on your chosen departure and return dates and times. Your final price will be determined at the time of your return based on your actual length of stay. You must present your receipt to receive your quoted price and credit for your online payment. If you do not present your receipt to the parking lot, you will not get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded or credited.
If your reservation only requires that you only pay a portion of your reservation, i.e. a reservation deposit fee, the “Pay Now or You Paid” amount covers the commission that the Parking Partner pays to us to process the reservation, direct the customer to the Parking Partner’s facility and pay our Affiliate Network for clients sent to us. The amount of the commission paid to TropicalAirportParking.Com is deducted from the total you will owe the Parking Partner and is reflected on your receipt.
Additionally, TropicalAirportParking.Com may apply a separate processing fee to your online transaction. We retain this processing fee as compensation in arranging your travel reservation.
The “Due at Parking Lot” or “Remaining Due at Parking Lot” amount is what you will pay at the Parking Partner's facility. This amount covers parking fees and ancillary services rendered by the parking facility that have not been included in the “Pay Now” or “You Paid” amount, except those services that you contract directly from the Parking Partner. All Parking Partner facility rules apply. This rate cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Your total price is calculated based on your chosen departure and return dates and times. Your final “Due at Parking Lot or Remaining Due at Parking Lot” price will be determined at the time of your return based on your actual length of stay. You must present your receipt to receive your quoted price and credit for your online payment. If you do not present your receipt to the parking lot, you will not get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded or credited.
If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you may be charged an additional fee.)

Changes in Travel Itinerary:

Before purchasing your reservation, carefully review your travel itinerary including departure and return dates and times. If your travel itinerary changes, this will not affect the amount you paid online to reserve your space. It may affect the total due to the parking facility. Your reservation receipt covers your entire length of stay based on your chosen departure and return dates and times. Your actual total may be higher based on the actual length of time your vehicle is parked with your chosen Parking Partner. All parking rates are based on a per space rate. (If your vehicle occupies more than one space, you may be charged an additional fee.)
Reservation dates and times cannot be changed on your reservation receipt, however, at its discretion, a Parking Partner may be able to accommodate your itinerary changes and still allow you to use your original reservation receipt. Details regarding itinerary changes can be found on your reservation receipt. If you require a new reservation receipt, you will need to cancel your original reservation and book an entirely new reservation. Please note, non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Refund Policy:

You must present your receipt to receive your quoted price and credit for your online payment. If you do not present your receipt to the parking lot, you will not get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded at a later date.
